Whether entering new markets, launching new products, or revitalizing mature brands, he has earned a reputation for changing consumer and trade perceptions, while outperforming well-entrenched competition and established brands.

As a strategic advisor over the past seven years, Yann has actively contributed to the turn around and transformation of several organizations in the US, Mexico and France.

Transforming the commercial organization of Casa Dragones to win a leadership position in the luxury tequila segment in the US as the company Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer.

As a top Executive of The Dannon Company and a member of the Executive Committee, he revamped a fledging US Foodservice division into a $200MM+ profitable business and drove the turn around of Dannon's market position in the US Western retail market.

Within his tenure with Grupo Lala, he led the successful launch from scratch of the US operations (an enterprise which is today over $2BN of revenues) after driving explosive growth for the Food & Beverage Division from $160MM to $400MM+ in Mexico.

With the Jose Cuervo Group, he built and grew a prestigious international brand portfolio for the Wine Division, led and transformed the company On Premise Division into a powerful brand building tool and rolled out the new global marketing approach across European markets.

While at the French communication agency Sopexa, he supported the opening of the first Latin America subsidiary in Mexico with the purpose to educate and promote food & wines from France.

Yann is the Founder & CEO of Strat Up International which he created in 20217 and the Partner & Managing Director of the Adizes Institute office in Los Angeles, a firm specialized in organizational transformation. He also serves on the Advisory Board of several companies.
He holds a degree in Business Management from IPAG Paris and lives in Laguna Beach, CA with his wife and three children.
